Image Modification is an artistic technique. It is used for alteration or enhancement of a photograph for the purpose of age progression, age regression, updating or changing a subject. This is done by drawing or digitally with a computer. It is primarily used by law enforcement for subject identification, but can be a useful and entertaining technique for many other purposes.
